VPN or proxy on. The site sees the server's country, not yours. If that country is blocked, nothing loads. Turn it off and restart the browser.

Account locked. Either the 30-minute lockout after failed attempts, or a self-exclusion you set yourself. Self-exclusions are not lifted early, not even if you ask nicely in chat.

Page will not load or hangs. Clear the cache, try another browser, or open the web app instead.

Lost access to the old email. This one goes through support with your ID and takes up to 24 hours.
